You create your own announcement online: we send it out. We send out your exclusive e-mail announcement on the date you wish + we include you in our weekly Opening Reminder e-mail announcement.

e-artnow offers you more: each exhibition announcement (or magazine launch, conference, special event etc.) is included in our weekly Opening Reminder e-mail announcement in a privileged presentation with a thumbnail picture and a direct link to your website. The Opening Reminder furthermore lists the most important openings of the week worldwide. It's a useful information tool for our readers and gives more visibility to our announcers.

Please be aware that we need your announcement at least one week in advance. We are flexible but we cannot guarantee short time submissions. We have no reservations, no waiting lists, you just create your announcement online at least one week before you want us to send it out. When you create the announcement online you will specify the desired date for sending it out.

The submitted announcements will not be sent out aically. Our board makes a selection based on the quality and the content of the text as well as the potential interest of the announcement for our worldwide readers specialized in contemporary visual arts. For all different types of announcements (exhibitions, magazines, art fairs, open calls etc.) we require a substantial (long and informative) text in english language. Please check our 'Past announcements' on our website in order to get a better idea of our policy.

In case of an exhibition / event taking place within an institution or a gallery we can only send out the announcement if it is submitted by the staff of the institution or by the offial PR Agency of the institution. If you are a participating artist or a freelance curator please ask the institution or the gallery to submit the announcement.
