Picture This in Bristol is seeking a Director capable of taking the organization to the next stage of its development as one of the UK's leading specialists in artists film and video production and exhibition. The Director must be capable of providing a creative, curatorial and artistic vision for the future. These skills should be combined with strong management and a strategic organisational direction across all aspects of Picture This' work.
The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge and an established network of contacts within the UK and internationally, as well as having an established reputation in the contemporary art field. Fundraising and financial management skills are essential for this position, along with the ability to develop a vision for the organization whilst leading and inspiring a small specialist team.
The Director is responsible to a board of trustees, and will be capable of developing and maintaining relationships with local authorities, stakeholders and businesses in the region as well as nationally.
