ADMISSIONS OPEN NOW + 'BRIDGING PRAGUE' SUMMER WORKSHOPS ANNOUNCED

ABOUT ARCHIP:
Architectural Institute in Prague is a newly established, private College of Architecture located in the center of Prague. It offers 3-year Bachelor degree in Architecture, in English, accredited by the Czech Ministry of Education, and reciprocal within the EU. Online admissions are based on a digital portfolio of candidate's work, including a short motivational letter. The deadline of admissions for the 2012/2012 academic year is June 15sh 2012.

ABOUT SUMMER WORKSHOP:
Participants will propose architecture and planning urban interventions onto the iconic Vltava riverbank, one of the richest historic architectural environments in Central Europe. Through analysis of context, students will propose an appropriate contemporary intervention(s) responding to scale, massing, materials and the cultural context of Prague.
The workshop will be led by respected architects, planners and historians and participants will also study other iconic urban, architectural and historic sites in Prague.

Session 1: June 3 – June 22
Session 2: July 29– August 17

980 Euro/ $1,250 USD (including accommodation)
685 Euro/ $ 875 USD (without accommodation)

Special arrangements can be made for confirmed GROUPS of more than seven (7) participants
