Summer Study in New York & London includes 4-week, 2-week and 1-week courses starting in June and July, with a new 3-day course taking place in Hong Kong in July. Courses allow students to develop professional expertise, critical thinking skills, and enhanced knowledge of art and the international art market. These in-depth courses offer interesting and compelling insights into the art world and include lectures, guest speaker interviews, and site visits led by Sotheby’s Institute of Art faculty and leading practitioners in the field.
4-WEEK COURSES
Our 4-week courses offer the most immersive study on subjects ranging from the History of Art and Design to Global Emerging Art Markets. Students who have taken these courses in the past include undergraduates seeking a London or New York experience, young professionals pursuing additional skills and expertise and enthusiasts seeking behind the scenes access to the international art world.
