Berliner Liste: Experience art up close in Berlin's creative Mitte

When the BERLINER LISTE opens its doors at 6 pm on September 12th, it's all about art, art, art. 124 exhibitors from 26 countries will unveil their latest work in the sacral industrial space of the MUMA | Kraftwerk in Berlin.

But where does art start, and where does it end? Is a piece artistic or kitschy, trend-setting or banal, spectacular or ordinary? Curator Dr. Gerhard Charles Rump and his team have selected the most promising talent and fresh new discoveries from over 200 applicants. Come prepared, curious and hungry for interesting, diverse and moving perspectives and encounter international artists and galleries, collectors and art lovers.

Food can be an art form too - that's why we've enhanced this 9th edition of the BERLINER LISTE with The Hungry Room, a Food Art Level with a daily artists' lunch, individual Create your own dish meals and events with Chef&DJ. Central to the gastronomic concept is the Organic Glamour Food Collection, focusing on the shared values of aromas and textures with pixels in digital art, pigments in painting and music tones.

'I love me. Collecting contemporary art' is one title from the accompanying lecture series, workshop tasters conceived for art communication, conceived by our partner the UdK Berlin Career College.
